Issei Ozawa

I started my career as a backend programmer and participated in a wide variety of development projects focusing on Cobol, Java, and Database. After changing jobs, I became a front-end engineer and worked on a variety of projects using php and Javascript and AWS. Through my experience in managing African system engineers I worked with, I saw the potential of offshore development in the Japanese IT field in the future. In 2021, I obtained a US permanent resident status (green card) and moved to the US the following year to work for a Japanese company.
